The overall size of the two buckles will be   8" wide x 5" high (203mm x 127mm).

The design will have the "manger" scene with the reindeer in the corners and holly. These images will be a shiny solid brass.  I would like the background to have "scrolling"
or some kind of "texture" to it, in a shiny silver plating.

The same "theme" will be on the right buckle but where the "manger" scene was will be the cutout for the bar.
The cutout will be 4 1/8" high x 3" wide.

My drawing above has a rectangular shape which I do not want....I want the overall 3D appearance and shape to look like the like the Kentucky Derby buckle below.   I also want the same color tone as below, brass/silver with more brass edging/border and with a silver background.
The larger border scrolling/reindeer/holly/manger scene would be in brass and a finer scrolled texture would be a silver background.

The below buckle looks to be about 6"x5", so it would have to be about 2" wider to work with the design I have.

This type of scrolled border looks great.  So both of my buckles would have this type of scrolling with reindeer/holly....and the
theme buckle would also have the manger scene.  One other idea would have like a Christmas bow/ribbon on the corners and
have the ribbon scroll down the sides and across the top forming the border.

I hope your Art Dept. can come up with a sample drawing with these ideas.

Material:  Solid Brass preferred with textured silver plated background....or Pewter with gold plating would be nice also. 
This has to be a QUALITY buckle that will last for years and not tarnish.
Side view would have a slight contour/curve.

I also would like the bar to be hidden from the front view with an extra long angled hook.   My belts are a 1/4" thick.

My belts are 4" wide so the slot and bar has to be a bit larger, 4 1/8" clearance.
The bar should be hidden from sight like the buckle on the right.

I do like the flowers/scrolling and the pitted background of the silver buckle above and also the shiny color tone gold/silver of the other buckle.
I like this look also but would prefer the Kentucky Derby look over this.

5. DOUBLE BAR DESIGN, JUST ELI MATE THE MANGER SCENE AND REPLACE WITH THE CUT OUT FOR THE BAR/PRONG SHOULD WORK WITH SOME SCROLLING FOR THE INSIDE EDGE.

6. EXTRA LONG HEAVY DUTY HOOK ON BACK AND ALSO ANGLED TOWARD CENTER OF BUCKLE, ALSO BAR TO BE OUT OF SIGHT.

THE TIM ALLEN BUCKLE FROM THE MOVIE SANTA CLAUS

Below is the replica of the Tim Allen Buckle in the movie Santa Claus on one of my belts.  I want something as nice or better than this.  I want to surpass this in design and quality.   I like the "free form" edges and the intricate scroll work.  This has more of a flower theme, I need mine to have more of a Christmas theme.  Holly/berries could be used instead of the flowers would look nice.

This buckle is crafted out of nickel, gold plated, and polished to a brilliant shiny luster, and then lacquered to preserve the look. After gold plating, an antique stain is also available to further accent all the tiny details.

You can see here, it is a pretty large buckle.

Please READ about SIZING your belt.  It is simple to understand if you read the instructions.  I provide you 3 different ways to size the belt, so please try to do as many as possible.  If you are not sure about how to size it, just call or email me.  If you have any questions about the forms, the more questions you ask, the less chance of a mistake and you not getting your order perfect.
