into the email, just fill it out and send.
2. If you don't know how to "copy and paste",
just send me an email and say, "Send me the belt form" or whatever form
applies.
I will send you the form(s), just fill it out and send back.

I need an email copy also for my records and to add you to the Order List.
I travel all the time and don't get to check my mail but about once every few

Expedited
Service
Normally, if I am pretty much caught up and
there are only a few orders pending, I can have your order out in a
couple of days. But, if you are pressed for time,
Expedited Service is available. This puts you at the top of the list.
Depending on the time of day, it could go out the same day or no later
than the next business day. Priority Mail, 2-3 day delivery.
Additional cost of $8.
Example: Typical belt $38,
+ $7 s/h + ES $8 = $53 total

How To Care For
Your Belt
As time goes on your belt may need
to be touched up. Like a fine pair of leather shoes, it's good to
shine them up once in a while.
I use Fiebings Carnauba Wax on the
top surface and Fiebings Resolene on the back of the belt.
For the antiqued belts, I use
Resolene on the top and the back. This helps seal in the antique
paste.
Black dye or Edge Coat is used for
the edges.
You can find most of these at Tandy
Leather Factory:
www.tandyleatherfactory.com/ Sometimes a Shoe Repair Store
will have some of these items.
Just a 4 oz bottle of each will
last you for a long time.
Another option, is if you would
like to send it back to me I will be glad to touch up the belt(s) for you
at no charge. Just send return postage.

The MOST IMPORTANT detail is the SIZE...we want it to FIT!

Tip!...from
the fold around the buckle to the HOLE you wear it in, is your most
accurate measurement. Please make note what type of buckle is on
the belt...reg or theme!
Example: If
your waist size is 30 and you use a tape measure through the loops
and come up with 34....then something is not right...(it should be
32)....please recheck/resize.
2. Three methods of figuring out your belt
size. Do as many as possible. Do not go by the printed size on your
belt!
2a. Pant Waist Size. I need a specific number
like 32, not like 30-32.

2c. This is the MOST ACCURATE. Measure your
old belt from the FOLD
around the buckle to the HOLE

WHAT I NEED TO KNOW ON THE FORM ABOVE...
SIZING INSTRUCTIONS

Are you going to wear a regular bar
buckle or an elongated theme buckle?

If oversized, what is the distance from the bar to the hook? Standard
bar to hook theme is 2". If you have a "theme" buckle you
plan to wear, I need to know that. The belt will need to be sized
differently than from a regular standard buckle. There is a 2 inch
difference in the sizing of the two buckles. A typical belt size is 2
inches larger than your pant size, except if you plan to wear a theme
buckle, then the belt size is the same as your pant size (the theme buckle
will add the 2" necessary to be the right size). I do put 5 holes in
the belt with the calculated belt size as the middle hole. Most larger theme
buckles will fit both the 1 1/2" or 1 3/4" belts. (Note: It may be better to
go with 1 1/2", not many pant loops fit the larger width now.) If you have
any questions, call me or email me and include your phone number and I will
call you.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAIL!
What is the pant waist size (in inches)?
I need your pants size, NOT the bare waist size. Typically, your belt size is 2"
larger than your pant/waist size.

LENGTH, THIS IS NOT
YOUR BELT SIZE!
Your belt size is
measured from the fold around the buckle to the hole you wear it in.
See sizing instructions further down the page.
A. Your belt size should be the same as your pant size plus 2
inches.
B. You can also get a cloth measure tape and
run THROUGH (NOT around or over loops) the belt loops to get an accurate
reading. Where the cloth tape crosses should be your belt size. Pull it as
tight as you are going to wear it.
C. Also, if you
have an old belt, measure it from the fold of the belt around the buckle to
the hole you are wearing it in now. Please make sure when you measure the
old belt, that you have the buckle on there that you plan to wear with the
new belt. If you
are not sure, call me to make sure we have the right size, I don't want you
to have to pay for another belt and I want you to be satisfied the FIRST TIME!
Please TRIPLE
CHECK your size, if you order a
specific size, knowing the above guidelines and it doesn't fit, because you
FORGOT about the THEME buckle or are just GUESSING, please don't be
disappointed when you receive the belt and it doesn't fit just right.
If you have an EXTRA LARGE buckle (more than
a 2" span from bar to hook), please measure from
the buckle bar to the hook and let me know that measurement.
MY GUARANTEE: If for some reason
I made a mistake in size or design, I will gladly make you another belt for
free and pay for the shipping also. If you send me the wrong size,
I will be glad to make you another belt but you will have to
pay for another belt. I wish I could afford to make another one for
free but there is time and material expense that does not allow a free belt.

Width size. Some larger tools may not
fit on smaller widths. For example: if you choose a design with a
stitched border and select the boot stamp and want the design in a 1 1/4"
width, the boot stamp won't fit. I could do a two tone dark edge
without the stitched border to create a similar belt. So, keep that in mind.
